Following a discussion at the Senior Competitions Committee of the Leinster Cricket Union it was decided that if the three ODI's against Kenya had been fixed prior to the cup dates being assigned they would not have scheduled the cup semi-finals to clash with them. Accordingly it was decided to re-arrange both semi-final matches due to this. The committee decided to hold the matches on the 25th July, the original date for the final, and change the final to the 1st of August still in North County.
