The NCU Management Board met on Thursday 23 October 2008 to hear an appeal from CSNI CC regarding the deduction of one league point for slow play in their match against North Down on 21 September 2008.

After having heard evidence from an umpire, witnesses called by the club and a submission from the club the Board decided to reject the appeal.
