We have received a vast numbers of reports, not all the clubs have the same number of report forms so the table may not be as accurate as one would like, but the pattern is very obvious.

In my last report I advised clubs to water pitches as the very dry spell had taken its toll on grass, needless to say that advice is not needed at this moment in time. The very wet spell has lead to covers been on for long periods of time and as a result some pitches are not as consistent as we would like.

We need to thank the umpires for their time in filling in the reports and this league table will encourage them to continue to do so.

Let us keep improving the standards of all aspects of our club and enjoy the rest of the season. Remember we are only a phone call away for advice.
